it is good becos it was overflowed with ppl when they introduced basic 38.. which made celcom worse than umobile or digi in most of the places..

i still think 38 is the best plan ever if u doing very less call. If 3gb not enuf, then just max up, also can bring forward.

jumped ship to maxis hotlink. Celcom line was so bad for the past few days, and it is not only once, but few times in a month. Subscribe hotlink fast rm45 8gb+8gb weekend, free facebook and 1gb free for 1 hour everyday for 30days for each month. I think this is more value compared to rm45 for celcom 5gb+5gb and with intermittent line. Summore i have no signal prob at 22 floor at 1borneo tower, celcom at my room confirm no signal.

QUOTE(OKLY @ Nov 16 2017, 01:38 PM) I think in East Malaysia, many people are switching to either Digi or Maxis already due to bad experience when using Celcom. Celcom was good, until they announce first 38, where ppl flock to the already congested network. when i switch to first 38 still ok, but after awhile it gets very slow when i know most of my friends also switched over, and celcom never wanted to upgrade their infrastructure to facilitate the increase. stupid. |
