Didnt know about this 5+5 offer...and i also didnt know if i receive the sms or not coz i always straight away delete those ads sms without reading..lol...will try my luck to upgrade since most of the time i will buy additional 1gig 1 week before bill cycle

Just called 1111 and told them i might have deleted the sms, told them the general content of the sms (refer to someones post), put on hold few times, and she says the changing plans is within 48 hrs..confirmed few times its the 5+5

is there any way to get into the first blue 2.0?..i am actually already in that plan, but my wife is still on magic (which she subscribe for rm48 - 3gb weekdays + 2gb weekend + unlimited call to celcom + 30mins call to others) the 3 gb easily finished mid months or so, which means need to add on data...so im looking for alternative at cheaper price...preferably celcom jugak lah

i think celcom must hire someone else to redo their app...the previous app was bad but still have detail info...the new app is worse!
and their customer service too...they take 3 full days to reply to my simple question via messanger!..the worst part is, the answer is just a general answer even though i already give specific scenario in my question...they should just abandon using messanger if the cant cope with it...dont do it just for the sake of doing it because others are doing it..
