I definitely going to port out from Celcom in 2 weeks time if they don't solve my problem. Here's the thing I have been using DIGI for almost 8 years until Celcom introduced FirstBasic38 since April 2015.
It was a great deal. I travel around Malaysia due to my nature of job however i realize whenever I am in office around klcc area. I received 1 bar or no network for all the time. People cant call me because no signal , no internet or running E most of the time.
Therefore I made a report on 20th October 2015 , report ID : 1-72634291346 There did call back one timeafter a few days but problem still exist after that. I told them to fix it asap but no response after that.
After that I call to Celcom almost alternate day to see if they have already sell it or not. However everytime i called, they said that the issue is resolved but actually no. There is one time even funnier that the customer service said that if they try to call 3 times but no one answer, they will consider it as case resolved. The problem is I have receive 0 miss call from celcom and they couldn't even reach me at all due to no signal.
Today I have made another report again, if they do not solve it, I will just opt for other telco. CELCOM SUCKS!
