This is my last plan with celcom..combine with this plan and phone..monthly about RM110..then the plan ended..no more basic 38..if need to continue change phone..need to change to other plan..not within my budget..

Then MNP to ookyo..using about 20GB+ permonth..pay for RM38..about more than 3 months using..

Celcom does't care if you are loyal customer or not..no privileges..for us consumers..its our right to change telco..if your are not ties with contracts than..

Can go for new device..but must pay penalty..depends on the current plan..
