I just registered for this plan on June.
During registration I had to pay RM40.30. I was told it was for advance bill payment.

But next month I was charge with One Time Charges - Advance Payment RM38.



I had a friend registered at the same blue cube but did not paid any deposit and he did not get charge with this one time charge.

Do any of you have the same experience ?
Is it compulsory to pay the Advance Payment RM38 ?

I just chat with the customer service he told, that one time charge is compulsory.

A bit pissed off actually... wrong information.

I registered at Blue Cube TTDI, the counter guy said pay RM 40.30 (RM38 +GST) being advance 1 month payment. Now receive 1st bill still charge RM 38. Called the online service 1111. Celcom Service said that is the registration fee...u must pay.

Which one is true ler?

i actually got charged the same thing when i actually registered a new number. i didn't MNP from my maxis number. just registered a new number. talked to OCS and their answer wasn't satisfying enough

But than, I have 3 friend one migrating from Maxis, second from Digi another is from Celcom prepaid.
I registered with my friend migrating from Maxis. Both of us got charge RM40.30 while my other two friends were not charge until today.

Is there anything stated in TnC RM38 is for registration fees ? I couldn't find one 

anyway, i just leave it like so. it's no small amount of money, but nothing i can do since it's not very clear on the conditions of being charged. sigh...

can i join this club also? hehe
