todays, 2019, when I am planning to change to Unifi Mobile, the online said i still owe Celcom another RM52. I already mentioned to Celcom CS that how it is possible since when change from Celcom - UMobile, I need to settle all the bill.
another problem, Celcom cannot send me bill/invoices mentioned about the RM52 outstanding. Already make a report to SKMM online, but still unresolved.
at that moment of time.....when you port out from Celcom to UMobile back then,
Celcom Customer Service will always tell you that there will always be the last payment to settle but Celcom system will only appear usually within a month fro the last last last payment.
Meanwhile Celcom will let you port out 1st.
That is what my Xperience
During my time, i had to put RM100 deposit which was use to offset the last last last bill.
for your outstanding rm52...better walk in and ask for printout....
