I too have just lodged an SKMM report on Celcom. Celcom insisted that they cannot revert my plan even after I made the complaint

Seriously, Celcom indoor coverage and speed indoor in KL area is Super bad. Even surfing also got problem. For example at PWTC station, surfing is damn slow. Inside Sunway Putra Mall, surfing also got problem. Seriously very bad.

Now at outdoor also nothing better. Did not know that Celcom has such poor speed in KL area. πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

i am a celcom pospaid this package user back in 2016. then I change to U mobile for unlimited data, so i have paid all bills/outstanding amount required for that change.

todays, 2019, when I am planning to change to Unifi Mobile, the online said i still owe Celcom another RM52. I already mentioned to Celcom CS that how it is possible since when change from Celcom - UMobile, I need to settle all the bill.

another problem, Celcom cannot send me bill/invoices mentioned about the RM52 outstanding. Already make a report to SKMM online, but still unresolved.

at that moment of time.....when you port out from Celcom to UMobile back then,
Celcom Customer Service will always tell you that there will always be the last payment to settle but Celcom system will only appear usually within a month fro the last last last payment.

Meanwhile Celcom will let you port out 1st.

That is what my Xperience

During my time, i had to put RM100 deposit which was use to offset the last last last bill.


for your outstanding rm52...better walk in and ask for printout....

for me Celcom is number one in coverage...
maybe congestion or downtime???

Celcom is running 2x20MHz on band 7 until few days ago where 2x10MHz of the spectrum leasing agreement had expired and left with 2x10MHz on band 7. This is likely to be the reason for service degradation.

dun think it was due o downtime. there was report of service downtime sometime back. but my 4 days stay in KL (PWTC) area is beyond the downtime.

when you switch telco, celcom never send you final bill meh? or u never check ur final bill?

You might be on zero outstanding balance therefore you could switch to umobile at the time of switch. However, ur bill date maybe later and unbilled transaction may yet to be billed until the final bill was out and it could be the reason of the outstanding.

Obviously celcom already check it prior to port out. And final bill was stated of how much need to paid b4 port out. I paid it at celcom outlet.

If I want to terminate my line, let’s say my billing cycle starts 24th of every month. I terminate on 23rd it will not have extra one month charge rite?

besides, how to terminate Celcom line? Must visit Celcom Cube or?

guys i ported to celcom now im unable to receive any TAC

I already call maybank, they already register my new telco but still unable to receive TAC. I thought the problem is just with Maybank, but then i realized im unable to get any TAC number from CIMB, even Bigpay Mastercard.

When i ported out from celcom to digi back then i didnt even need to call any banks.

I told celcom about my problem, 3 times they said i'm able to receive the TAC but I DIDNT! And now they seem clueless.
And all the text & screenshots i send via twitter they didnt even read as they keep asking the same question.

Already reported to MCMC but seems like nothing is done except I got an email saying my report is accepted.

Any solution? It's been almost 2 weeks I'm unable to do any online transaction. VERY frustrating.
