guys i ported to celcom now im unable to receive any TAC
I already call maybank, they already register my new telco but still unable to receive TAC. I thought the problem is just with Maybank, but then i realized im unable to get any TAC number from CIMB, even Bigpay Mastercard.
When i ported out from celcom to digi back then i didnt even need to call any banks.
I told celcom about my problem, 3 times they said i'm able to receive the TAC but I DIDNT! And now they seem clueless.
And all the text & screenshots i send via twitter they didnt even read as they keep asking the same question.
Already reported to MCMC but seems like nothing is done except I got an email saying my report is accepted.
Any solution? It's been almost 2 weeks I'm unable to do any online transaction. VERY frustrating.
