Hi All,
Any of you guys know the right contact person email for Ford Malaysia, SDAC or SDAC PJ so that I can lodge my complain for. My car has been stuck in the workshop for almost 2 weeks now 
Kindly PM me if anyone knows the contact information    

2 weeks for a Ford isn't long. The normal waiting period for parts is 2 months. Once they start to repair your car and they find that they missed another part it will take another 2 months. This was what happened to my friend. SDAC does not stock spare parts. I thought this is common knowledge.

SDAC does not stock spare parts. I'm sure you are aware of this. Stop misleading this poor owner that his 2 weeks in the workshop is considered abnormal.

You can continue to deny that SDAC has a spare parts problem but it doesn't change the reality.

If car need to leave more than 2 weekds at SDAC, it is not a spare part issues but it is due to too many cars need to be fixed.

Btw went to SDAC PJ and they suggest me to sent my car to jalan ipoh cos too many car in waiting list. If i insist, i need to wait for 2 months. They even showed me waiting list in the system.

I went there last monday. Got almost 30 cars mahu claim insurance. David sudah pening kepala. Haha. Last time claim new front bumper with david also; took long but it is due to insurance approval lambat. Minus approval within 2 weeks too. But this time david cannot guarantee woo. Backlog byk.

Straight away go to jalan ipoh as recommended by david. I request new bumper. They said will give new bumper. Paling cpt this monday can finish. Not sure lah. The most 2 weeks.

Depends on how bad your accident is, Mine took 2 months plus close to 3 months for accident repairs.

I am an owner of a Fiesta. Everyone knows it a fun car and I am having fun with it. but yes there's a but. I have been waiting 2 months for my clutchpack and whenever I call up I ....bos tak sampai lagi...

You are having the same'ol jerking when shifting gears or going uphill? May I know where you did the clutchpack changing? I've done mine at SDAC PJ. Twice.

Yup. Twice. The second time cost them a bomb. The service guy showed me the all the parts that were installed into my FoFi and cost them around 22k++. The latest happen early Feb this year and I felt the same issue is happening again right now. My car is jerking again whenever I took it for a long drive or stuck in a jam for a long period, or under a hot weather where temperature is rising.

Dont get me wrong. I love my FoFi. It's a fun car to drive. It accelerate well, fuel saving, agile, stable on cornering, safe, quite spacious (I own a FoFi Sedan), but all this annoying problem got me thinking of changing car.

I can't rant much about my issue coz so far I am satisfied with their service. I admit my car cause so much trouble, but SDAC PJ is really efficient with their work. Quite fast. The longest period I have to leave my car at the SC is 2 weeks.

BTW, anyone happen to know the service guy at SDAC PJ, the Indian Muslim guy? I would like to contact him and ask his opinion about this coz he is the one who always deal with my car whenever I send it to SDAC PJ for service or issues.

Yup. One the characteristic that makes me hooked on instantly in buying FoFi. An almost-instant acceleration when you need it. NVM. Already called SC and make an appointment 17th August to take reading either really a major jerk or minor one.
