Set BIOS to default/fail-safe settings then start the computer.

Yup, that's the one. Absolute vanilla. No special settings. Let the system decide everything. If it boots and runs properly, then you can change if you have special settings e.g. higher ram speed needed or change boot device priority. The thing is to get it started first, right? try ram test for each ram.
maybe 1 of the ram slot have dirt on it, due to long time lesft unused, try reseat the ram multiply time to get rid of the dirt that form up on the unsed ram slot.

I've tried. All of'em no problem including ram slot. (Cause my computer can run with 4 x 1GB ddr2 ram , only 4 x 2GB ddr2 ram can't)

I don't know why but it seem my pc cannot run 7GB ram too (3 x 2GB 800mhz and 1 GB 667 mhz) I've default setting the bios but it seems the same. or maybe my computer need same mhz ram?

Double sided ram, I know some Dell motherboards just don't work right if all slots filled with it.
