This is Becox the user keep doin print head cleaning only will have this problem. Becox if u cleaning 1 time is calculate about 30pages to 50pages per time...

Maybe u r using power flushing cleaning. So for power flushing cleaning they will cost u around 10ml to 20ml ink per time.. U can imagine for each bottle ink is 70ml per 4k pages...... One time cleaning is cause u a lot pages calculation so act.. And ur absorbe very fast full tats y u nid to reset

If every few hundred pages printed what ever user clean how many time...need to reset this is the BAD printer ever. Better use brother T-300 Also the refill ink tank.

U use brother t-300 also same Becox both also hv waste tank printer.. U use n doin cleaning absorber must be full.. For our customer we will use another way to teach user to maintain the printer even brother n Epson also same.

Personally recommended u can do service for ur printer but for this model is cannot print out glossy paper which is mean cannot print photo quality no good... So depand by u if u looking for brother new printer spare part quite diff find at market service cost also quite expensive... If u looking for Epson spare part still easy to get Becox Epson ink tank printer on market oledi stable.

Thank for reply. Basically this L120 are using to print document only. Some how not print everyday. This is the main problem, after sometime print head were not print out all color as well. Well the cleaning processing will start. Need to know how many cleaning process max can make?

U clean print head 1 times.no good u try to download full color wallpaper like full a4 page inside got black yellow red blue.... Then print out using best quality mode. 1 pages if cannot print more 3 to 5pages using same way if still cannot then is print head problem edi..
