You are using android or iOS? If android then install apkpure and install the game from there. If iOS then you have to create a US iTunes account then use that account to install the game. After install you can use back your orginal account. Only use back that US account when you need to upgrade the game or buy quartz.

What phone are you using? Recently the game was upgraded and compatibility for some older phones was removed so the game will not work for some phones anymore.
