 Maxis Fibre Modem Keeps Disconnecting, Frustrated with it... Can't gaming

I'm currently using Maxis Fibre 10mbps package. The speed is not stable but ok, the bad thing is the modem will disconnect after some working hours. It will disconnect a while in not longer than 3 hours. Playing any online game disconnection will cause me kicked out by the server... Really frustrated with it, someone using Maxis Fibre experiencing this? Should I tell Maxis and send their modem back to them to change a new modem? doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

BTW, Just start this services not more than 1 month...

Same goes here. I got very bad experienced using Maxis Home Fibre. Just switch from Unifi about a month now. The problem is I noticed that the server/modem speed/data transfer rate will drop causing my torrent speed decreased to very unreasonable down load speed plus my connected devices via wifi often disconnect from the modem/router. Playing online game at my desktop/PC and smartphone/tab will cause headache as I am heavy MMORPG gamerz. What I find out is the line/fibre optics connection is not stable here. Hope Maxis will solve the problem very soon or I will terminate the service due to bad lagging and connection speed!

Guess you need to raise complaint on this.
My friend do faced same issue like you but the problem resolve after they set an appointment with the technician directly.
In order to set appoinment, you need to contact their customer service la..try first la

I also got a call from Maxis to upgrade from Unifi to Maxis. The salesman says he do not understand why i still choose unifi over maxis with the same pricing and same equipment. Dont trust maxis even a bit
