Hi, so there's a problem with my friend's laptop unable to boot since it keeps getting bluescreen error right after the windows logo
Obviously the easiest method would be to just format it, I've tried installing windows using USB/DVD and both always gets stuck right before the initial setup
When I tried the same windows USB/DVD on a different pc/laptop, I can easily get to the setup process without any problems.

So my next step was to make the USB/DVD as boot priority, unfortunately the BIOS setup is protected with passcode.
Which sadly my friend was not aware of since the shop where he bought it from never mention anything about encrypted BIOS setup.

I tried removing the CMOS battery and reinserting it again, but the passcode still remains there
Anyone else with similar laptop model managed to reset the system passcode?
