QUOTE(ThisIsAter @ Jul 16 2015, 10:43 PM) Hye guys wanna ask..i'm currently using istick 20 with nautilus mini.. Weird thing is..my ohm reading is not the same as the one indicated on the occ.. The Eleaf iStick indicators do not go till 0.01 therefore if it's slightly higher than say 1.62 (for example) it'll indicate 1.7. That is one reason, the other most probably one is all coils would differ slightly and won't be as accurate as indicated. A fluctuation of 0.1 is acceptable and may even happen over time due to prolonged usage of the coil (gunk and what not). You should only be worried when it jumps to 1.9/2.0 (again, an example).Occ indicate 1.6 ohm while on the screen it reads 1.7 ohm..why huh? One more..i have a budget around Rm 120-150 currently..should i upgrade tank or mod 1st? As for an upgrade, it really depends what you're really looking for. Nautilus mini is only good for mouth hits - meaning it replicates the tight draw of cigarettes even at is highest airflow setting. If this set works for you, there isn't really a point for you to upgrade yet. This post has been edited by fauxfides: Jul 16 2015, 10:53 PM |

QUOTE(ThisIsAter @ Jul 16 2015, 11:01 PM) Nope..not vape brothers..i'm from kuching btw haha..well that's explains a lot..thanks! If you're going for cloudchasers sirap bandung, seems like the subtank mini would be the tank for you. Very standard and straightforward tank besides if any issue arises, many people would be able to guide you since it's widely used About the upgrade..i'm not that sure myself too. Currently vaping cloudchasers sirap bandung and i feel there is much more it could offer other than that sirap bandung flavor as i read somewhere that it also have that mint sensation but i couldn't get it myself most off the time (maybe that just me). Wanna find something that can produce more flavor with more clouds and good throat hits. This set provide that but somehow i feel not quite satisfied with it. I want more haha. You'll be limited by your 20W istick but if you're using the 1.2 or 1.5 ohm coils of the subtank mini I think it should be sufficient for now. |

QUOTE(blabong33 @ Jul 17 2015, 07:03 PM) Hi all, my KF4 pe tank cracked...Its because of juice? Some juices are known to crack polycarbonate tanks especially citrus juices. That might be the case with yours unfortunatelyhttps://lh3.googleusercontent.com/89Q3w5dnJ...J8=w480-h640-no |

QUOTE(SX vapor @ Jul 18 2015, 10:59 AM) Get the SMPL (hybrid) and the Stingray X SKU 2199603 for the SMPL and SKU 1795000 for the 1:1 Stingray X. I've got both of it and the finishing is really good Ah unfortunately thr Stingray X I have isn't in stock anymore. Comparison pics attached. My top cap adapter's threads are screwed hence its a paper weight for now. This post has been edited by fauxfides: Jul 18 2015, 02:44 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(JimL @ Jul 19 2015, 10:24 PM) The X Cube is quite big. Smok doesn't have a good track record with TC devices. You'll just have to wait for user reviews on it. The Smok M65 that I own is the worst mod I have. Shameless plug here Jim. Anyway it's leaking like a bitch. I reckon I messed up the wicking somehow.Edit: If you like big mods then go for the IPV 4S or IPV 3 Li V3. RM 299 and RM 329 from Vape It. Twisted 28/28 Kanthal on 2.0mm ID comes up to about 0.35ohms ![]() |

QUOTE(Jackofree @ Jul 20 2015, 03:31 PM) you guys should vape until your grave la...aku tgh panas sebab aku tgh makan then got one sohai keep blowing his steam towards my food. KNN CB You should confront that person instead and let him know that he's being an annoying vaper. When I vape and there's many people around me I always try to make it a point to reduce my vaping or blow it at places where it will not bother other people. There are considerate and inconsiderate people no matter what, be it driving, vaping, standing by escalators, queue-ing ... list goes on. Let them know they are being a hindrance and it's better to tell them directly so (hopefully) they will not repeat this issue. So far I've only told off someone who was vaping in Mid Valley (the guts!) and he was pretty alright with that as with new vapers they always think they can do whatever, wherever and whenever they want. |

Messing around with my new toy - a drill. Takes a lot of patience (and a whole lot of frustration) to get it right. More like eye-candy rather than to vaping on it. Too damn hot!
Fused Clapton: parallel 26g Kanthal core with 28g Kanthal wrap comes up to about 0.7ohms. Patiently waiting for the Nichrome coils to arrive! Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(sway @ Jul 21 2015, 10:54 PM) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmzSy2JHmuA Not trying to argue here but the previous post was definitely a vertical/chimney coil. The dragon coil is called a dragon coil because of it's wicking, it's actually just an angled coil with extensive wicking #themoreyouknowdun care vertical or horizontal. but still considered a dragon coil |

QUOTE(Slyp @ Jul 21 2015, 11:05 PM) newbie vaper here. anyone using the kangertech subox mini starter kit? for the first 2 weeks vaping was nice and feels just right, after that sometimes out of sudden the taste and feel of the vape starts to burn and too hot will hurt my throat. How long has it been since your last coil change? How frequent do you vape per day? What juice are you vaping? What wattage are you on against the coil you're using (resistance)? With both coils 0.5 or 1.5ohm best to stick around 20W-25W and 10W-15/20W respectively. You've got those answers then it'll be pretty easy to pinpoint your problemanyone experience this? im using both the 0.5 & 1.5 ohm. but also sometimes suddenly damn hot and taste so bad and hurt my throat. and also is it normal that if i lay my e-cig flat on surface the juice will leak out a bit from the hole? |

QUOTE(lvl5ballz @ Jul 23 2015, 10:23 PM) Hi vaper friends, I am doing a community research to understand the vaping community better in terms of their juice consumption. We want to educate the people better in terms of the safety of vaping. Thanks and Vape On!! Survey could improve and it's pretty evident that you're attempting to start a Zamplebox/subscription based service. It's a good idea however I'm not sure if majority of the juices are either highly mentholated or too sweet unless you involve imported liquids. If that's the case, it'll definitely take off and you could rope in international juice makers Click here. Survey |

QUOTE(treblecase @ Jul 25 2015, 05:34 PM) So we're suppose to take it? Many of what's happening today is because of us. We vape where we are not suppose to. We do cloud chasing in public. Sellers don't self regulate by allowing underage to enter their premises. Oh yes, vape expo organiser can even justify letting in minors to their show by saying its a form of education. Brewers who just wanna make quick bucks with no proper bottling or labelling. Who else to blame? It's us. Over and over again this is the utmost important thing we must do. Self regulation. Anyway I'm gonna dig up my old recent post to reply the recent "enquiry/rant". Sums up what we've been trying to put across. |

QUOTE(duke_hunt @ Jul 25 2015, 11:24 PM) adoi, u guys are offended with what he voice out or u guys offended with the way he convey his message? There are considerate and inconsiderate people no matter what, be it driving, vaping, eating, parking, queue-ing ... list goes on. either way, ni la generasi sub ohm.. beli mod mahal, tank jerebu pastu blow merata x pakai otak.. i vape, i despise guys blowing out clouds of vapor at common area ie bus stop, train station and i hate dumbasses who vape while waiting for commuter or lrt.. is it bcos i dont blow clouds? no.. even at times i do feel that my kf4 is creating more than decent amount of clouds.. do i feel offended with his message? nope, i do agree btw.. though harmless, i would like to enjoy my time without others fogging my face or smell what others vape while waiting.. all he asked was for vapers to be considerate enough when vaping.. if you have kids or with someone special, try fogging them at see how they feel.. how would you feel if someone else's fog pass by you while with your family enjoying your quality time? if u are offended with him, u r one of the inconsiderate vapers.. he didnt tell u off to stop vaping but be ethical while at it.. learn to stealth vape...thats what i do if its too many ppl around me for me to vape... just be ethical guys... The why of the message that was conveyed makes sense: be considerate of others and don't be a douche/idiot when vaping (and again, change the word to any other action and it still applies); the problem is the how of the message was given. People get offended/butthurt/defensive or whatever you want to call it but it's like lumping the entire act together based on a person's inconsiderate action. It's not an X caused Y issue therefore X is bad. This is why terms such as bad apples, abnormality, outliers etc exist. As to what you've had to unfortunately experience, walk up to them and tell them what they should/shouldn't be doing. Vaping in enclosed public areas? Let them know. Clouds too much? Ask them to stand further away or keep their fog machine till they're in a less crowded area. Vaping in the middle of a mamak and coffee shop? Tell them to turn it down. We need to self regulate (said no one ever /s) and as vapers we should be the ones to do it unless you want another headline calling for the ban because some genius decided to add some funnies/greens and gets caught OR perhaps underage school kids vaping in school uniforms and gets plastered in VMOG (very likely to happen - very stupid for them to call them out like that) OR people vaping in public places where they shouldn't or within the proximity of others be it families with kids or your regular Joe who despises all things that aren't natural! TLDR: People are going to do stupid things, some do it smarter than others and some don't do it at all. Different people have different moral values and some have the decency to at least be considerate. |

QUOTE(pr0t0typ3 @ Jul 28 2015, 04:46 PM) Hello all. Interested to start vape in effort to stop smoking. Eyeing on entry level subox mini starter kit. Can anyone tell how to spot ori or fake apart from the indentifying sticker? Your best chance is to use the verification code. Just check it on the spot and most subox come wrapped in plastic wrap. |

QUOTE(bmuu @ Aug 2 2015, 11:13 AM) Guys, i used to smoke 1 pack per day. Started vaping 2 weeks ago and totally stop ciggs (when i started vaping i was sick so that time i already stopped smoking and manage to continue vaping only till now.) I don't think it's normal even for hardcore users. You said 30ml 6mg but what juice is it exactly? Many and most of the local juices claiming to be 6mg is usually not the case. Perhaps you should increase your nicotine dosage if you're worried about juice consumption.Anyways, wanted to check on my juice consumption. I can finish 3 bottles of 30ml 6mg liquid per week. Is this considered normal for ex smokers to go through 90ml per week? On a subox kit using rba btw. |
