1. Both are for dual coils but goblin mini can do single coil. 
2. Goblin mini's air flow base is exposed to the 510 so condensation or any leakage may affect your 510 connection.
3. Top fill for zephyrus and bottom fill for the goblin.

ive tasted goblin .. and the flavour+clouds are much better than sabteng .. but still kayfun is ftw
