Having the same problem with the rebuildable. If I use OCC, it works just fine. I think the post is not in contact with the gold pin inside the base, because if you compare the OCC and the rebuildable, the OCC post length is slightly longer. Not sure how to fix. I wrapped a kanthal to the airhole and with the extra length, the extra bit actual made contact, so it's definitely something wrong there.
