The room and toilet doors' frame started to rust and see it peeling off pieces by pieces. It happens to some doors and not all. The funny thing is, it also happens at the doors at first floor and not ground floor only. How can I prevent it from rusting further?

Nowadays most bathroom doors are plastic. Used to aluminum. This must be very old house using steel

Just sand the surface, apply primer and 2 coats of gloss paint should be able to solve your problem.

Looking at the picture now I know it is not the door but the door frame. I guess I missed the word frame Zinc alloy for frame I'd agree. Door mostly plastic. It is not quite easy the way I looked at it. Simply sanding the corroded part and repaint might only be short term solution. The corroded part might be way hidden under cement. I would carefully hack off the cement plaster that fill the gap between the frame and tiles a bit. The cement is not water proof. It gets wet and corrode the frame hidden under it. Probably better use silicon (or water proof cement) and paint over it once the frame is treated with rust converter and paint
