Price is cheap on a psf basis but design is suboptimal I hear. I have a unit in the condo next door and I can see all the air con compressor units hanging above the balcony area rather than having their own designated space.

still a value buy for MK at around the 5xx psf mean price, but price is more or less stagnant since 2010. fittings and furnishing don't look too dated since it was VP in 2007 thereabouts (?) - (this impression is from picture only as i never visited a unit there before)

from the way you are asking, i suggest you also check out almaspuri or astana unit, if you don't mind older fittings, tiles etc. can reno anyway.

almaspuri and astana were in a better location but my wife prefer a newer condo. My sis told me there are some leftover unsold units from the developer at ceriaan kiara which the price is within my budget. I was thinking maybe i can get more perks if buy straight from the developer.
