i made a RM10 topup on my hotlink registered prepaid number on 9 May 2015. I did not use the number since then.
when i switch it on today, it says "No service". i tried to log in to hotlink mobile app from another phone and entered my number, it says "You've entered an incorrect hotlink number". i tried to do a top-up on hotlink's website and it says "ERROR: Invalid number provided."
i thought there is a 90 days validity after last use / top-up? why is my number no longer active?
