I tried call Hotlink customer service, and they say need few days to check, but now they say that the number cannot be reactivate.
It's just a few days pass and why it cannot be reactivate?

why not you call them to help you to check or went back to the centre?

i would suggest that if you got back your number, why not activate the Validity 90/365 2 years ago  ? it would be much easier especially you select auto renewal.
i helped my friends from oversea to do so and they can use the number when they in malaysia
