You can try buy turpentine from hardware shop n mix it with petrol. I've tried these few days, the fire looks OK, less smoke n can maintain the shape. You may try mix with diesel as well. Only the cost for turpentine quite pricey, 1 gal = rm17@rm20 (depend on shop selling). Last time, "minyak tanah" = kerosene = aviation fuel, easy to get coz got demand.

long time ago sell at petronas even at KL also have. now idk still got or not..dun ask them to buy minyak tanah they dun know kerosene actually minyak tanah

Long time ago, minyak tanah can be bought easily at normal kedai runcit(even karbaid for meriam buluh/tanah/tin can be found at kedai runcit)....nowaday i dont know whether they still sell it or not.....
