then, it dropped for 9 days non stop becos iran said something:

Iran's Deputy Oil Minister Marzieh Shahdaei had said earlier Tehran will opt out of the plan to raise crude exports to pre-sanction levels.
this morning, it rose becos kuwait said something:

U.S. oil prices closed slightly higher in choppy trade Tuesday after Kuwait said an output freeze by major oil producers would proceed without Iran.
now, we wait to hear who will say wah tnext - russia or musical chair back to saudi?

which is why it is so dem hard to try to buy and hold these leveraged etf's/etn's!

Anyway, I think most likely they don't want oil to fall back below $30 anymore.
So, that Feb low price should hold here.

Short term, 35 should be the support too.. but let see how much bulls power they have.

To borrow from the movie INCEPTION, it is hard to get rid of that idea until you clear it with corresponding action. Meanwhile, your judgment is clouded even if new info tells you otherwise. In contrast, if you do not hold, you will conceive fresh ideas every session unbiased and unprejudiced.
