the chinese gomen is losing direction, or not haaving enuff knowledge to the markets, or are too cunning to trick punters. new rules r implemented in ad hoc manners. these will only give more fear to the markets. wonder what else will they implement tomorrow, as another round of fierce selling is expected at open??? !!!
