The UE numbers are better that expected too (271k vs 274k expected) as reported by US DOL at 6:30am EST.

there is talk now it may be during a less noticed fed meeting in OCTOBER!

sounding good. at least i can have a much needed breather and seeing green population in my collection. disposed newly acquired nflx. twtr and fruit last nite at close but they are still charging well! planning to clear the last few later tonite. lets hope for a same charging bull all the way .....

Omg.. so is XLE after being pummeled so badly since last week.

if fed sept rate hike cooling is the cause of this bull, then it's very weak. because rate hike is going to come soon anyway. lets see if bulls could dig out more reasons for coming back.

yes man. nymex +7.7% ! lucky i got few oil related counters at klse and hoping for trading play comes tmr. oil oil oil ! (but i dont see any catalysts for the uptrend, why le?)

miss the oil fetch this round....too hesitate while hands itchy when below 40...

as said, if the biggest reason is fed sept rate hike delay, that would be a really fragile reason. Just need another fed officer comes out and shout he think numbers are extraordinary, rate hike is unavoidable. There you go, bear will come back.

crude extended gains but will it hold?
