The UE numbers are better that expected too (271k vs 274k expected) as reported by US DOL at 6:30am EST.

sounding good. at least i can have a much needed breather and seeing green population in my collection. disposed newly acquired nflx. twtr and fruit last nite at close but they are still charging well! planning to clear the last few later tonite. lets hope for a same charging bull all the way ..... flex.gif

if fed sept rate hike cooling is the cause of this bull, then it's very weak. because rate hike is going to come soon anyway. lets see if bulls could dig out more reasons for coming back.

yes man. nymex +7.7% ! lucky i got few oil related counters at klse and hoping for trading play comes tmr. oil oil oil ! (but i dont see any catalysts for the uptrend, why le?)

haha, i am sure many are feeling like you too but read too much into those saying tp for oil are to be 30, 20, etc ...? itchy hands are then hidden in the pockets not playing forward

i think it's all pent up heat, largely due to the "china syndrome"

bond yields rising, $ is gaining again.

if today later go red, i bet big fat grandpa bear will come out and roar. Lets hope the baby bull can hold it there til the end. tongue.gif
as said, if the biggest reason is fed sept rate hike delay, that would be a really fragile reason. Just need another fed officer comes out and shout he think numbers are extraordinary, rate hike is unavoidable. There you go, bear will come back. laugh.gif

i do think it is fragile.

sold into strength, partial spy and qqq.

keep some capacity and see what happens next...

djia has not rallied 3 sessions in a row in recent days.

crude extended gains but will it hold?

tonight fri will probably be highly volatile...
