maybe need to wait till open nations to feel the real hungry stomach of the normal people out there everywhere in the world, and when they simply could not feed themselves with lavish lifestyles anymore ... might then cut production....but then, higher prices will again encourage oil companies to grow ... price still cant go up much more.
