It's going to take quite some time for the new release. Even after the rumoured September announcement, probably will take months to reach here

HTC Sensation XE. current condition is good. just cant stand the bulkiness, the 768mb ram and the battery life (probably battery is dying)
just lucky that im not a mobile gamer. So the apps im using right now doesn't eat much ram. |

Some website rumored it to be more expensive than IPhone 6 or Samsung S6 without the latest hardware (not snapdragon 820).

there was rumour the new Lumia flagships would cost more then iPhones turns out it is the Surface phone coming next year that falls in that price category today's news report is that these models are on the way this year: Lumias 840, 940, 940 XL |
