Ekocheras is better. Avoid from MS unless you are ok w their selling approach, or there is upside from offer price vs location.

And fyi tenants can be calculative in terms of rental.

They wish not paying something look premium but look stupid after that. Demand is there due to densely population and young chinese generation is seeking out from staying w parents.

yeah many youngsters from other states usually juz led by price - they choose residentials at downstream cheras (after batu 9 toll) e.g. mahkota cheras / hussein onn / sg long, or even saujana impian at kjg..

part of the factors also bcoz many FB sponsored ads r promoting aggressively for affordable condos at cheras. Ding Fong's forte is selling cheras too..

perhaps VELO to LIDO and towards Eko Cheras n YOU CITY may not be at affordable range, despite sharing cheras poscode. Meanwhile Connaught needs infra uplifts otherwise its upside will be limited too..

hence one may wish to compromise for high gross density living, the likes of M Vertica and some rumahwip projects, for individual fulfillments of newish factor + living in 1st tier fr city..
