Should buy now from developer or waiting second hand after VP?
Developer has not handed over keys. I believe some will sell after receiving keys. And that may be the time to go in coz market still very soft in Malaysia and if those don't have strong holding power will sell. Then good time to bargain. Further developer has unsold unit too.
