I like this eko mall feeling. Nanyang kopitiam there seems very popular and full of people. Also hips looking toilet place. And the neighbor Leisure mall after refurbished, I like Leisure mall more than eko mall, more people too, and abit high end look grocery James grocery opened there. This place also nearer walking distance to mrt station.

Could be they see the shed lights of future when more foreign investment coming back to Malaysia.
