wonder what is the targeted rental rate for the service aparment of abt 860built up 1 bedroom ?
full furnished 3000 per month can make to the purchase of +/- 600k ?

If not mistaken, the Tower E serivce aparment with size of range 860ft come with 1 room only...anyone can confirmed ?

yes, it is not too costly.
but, with incomplete facilities but start to charge fees. Does this mall have any grand opening ceremony ? I guess not right ?
wonder obtain any VP on the mall ?
