wonder what is the targeted rental rate for the service aparment of abt 860built up 1 bedroom ? full furnished 3000 per month can make to the purchase of +/- 600k ? If not mistaken, the Tower E serivce aparment with size of range 860ft come with 1 room only...anyone can confirmed ?
