WTH..in cheras also selling rm 880??!!! then in city center can fetch 1800??!!!
just my 2 sen, if can try not to use lawyer from the developer coz normally they will side the developer more compare to the buyer..my last condo same thing la..free S&P etc so used their lawyer, so clause they drafted is in grey area which if you want to sue them, will take ages..especially commercial unit as it is not protected by the housing law..
