i asked the developer today.. they said they still target to finish on time.. now they fully focus on it.

Suddenly a few posts revealing..... OK lah... Repeated answers as below ... First batch signed SnP in late Nov/beginning Dec 2013. Construction period 4 years. First batch eligible to claim LAD by Jan 2018. It's the first batch.... Subsequent batches not yet ya...
Construction progress is slow since day one. Some may call it snail pace. Some called it no significant progress, depending their chosen terms...
I used to constantly post pictures every two weeks or so to indicate the progress. Purpose is for all to view and monitor. As the buildings are already over the fence and everyone can view it from Jalan Cheras today, so l thought I can take a break....

As per my last observation, BlkJ already started L5 construction. Again, I thought everyone can view it and l didn't take any picture.

vp around before 2020 should be consider good that what i see.
Too slow from the begining. not easy to catch up. i think ekovest will completed the duke first. then only concentrate this project.
eko Titiwangsa also very slow.
