as long as ekc is not completed cheras ppl will continue to suffer congestion along jalan cheras even with the completion of mrt. council should consider a fine...but oh...forgot...croni buddies.

Back in 2015, the progress was even slower, until can be suspected to be abandoned. That time were really sweaty. Not saying now is good, but at least moving. Continouse monitoring is on. Sinario assessment is required for at least mental preparation of potential action. Having LAD or not is one scenario assessed. Let the buyers handle that.
