huh? you mean when you buy new popety from other developer you don't need to serve interest?

there are always bumi release lots released by developer in stages from now until Vp.

recently on banner when they opened the MRR2 u turn, it just stated 2018. so your guess is as good as mine.

Everything is gov related.

Dbkl will keep approving pigeon hole and property under 500k and shopping malls and later will blame oversupplies and will ban this ban that...and later will withdraw the ban. All just for show.
One thing not for show is their warchest.

If ekovest is same category as grade a developers macam uem and tge likes, i dun mind. Am sure they will fulfilled the lad.

But tis is newbie developer. No track record of lad, havent completed a building project n have track record in running the mall as well....
