That's a reasonable price.
In fact it is lower than many unit's SPA price.
I guess the owner should have bagged the LAD.

As for the mall after MCO, major F&B outlets will survive.
VG is doing well.
Retail shoplots will continue to face challenges.

Just a couple of days after completion of cny, so the potential of total bidders maybe low. If zero bidding then next round will have lower reserved price.

But if there's a keen bidder then that's his/her choice to make.

Only duplex has 3 rooms..

A TowerE card can only access TowerJ lobby and to Level L2A only(where the management office is). Can also use the jogging track there.

The TowerE card cannot access to the top floor for swimming pool/gym/link bridge/reading room etc.

The TowerE card cannot enter TowerH neither.
