Finally the developer for new project beside Awana Puri Condominium had apply for Land use change (With DBKL).
(The new project Refer to https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3648832/+500# ...onwards.) Sure that Awana Puri Condo. management will log in complaint since they had been objection it since year 2013.
