Thr are still 300+ bumi units which hv yet to be released. Ekocheras will be releasing them by end 2016 pushing the supply of apartments in the vicinity on top of the launch of the Viva apartments. I hope there will not be an oversupply of apartment in this area.

According to the SA, he said they will increase the price of the bumi units when the units r released. it will not be the same price as the launching price but the quantum of the increase will only be disclosed during the release.

Think for new generation, the raw look is acceptable.
Its also easier to maintain aircond water leaks or water pipe leakages without the plaster ceiling.
