they are not duplex. Just loft. 18'.

they are considered 1 floor entirely, hence 30 storey, and not 60 storey.

if pure duplex, it will be 60storey.

its just a term......wont impact on your subsale value.

I never said 18' is loft. 18.10' is duplex.

very easy lah......just ask developer why they didn't count the masterbedroom floor is one storey, instead of the entire unit is considered one storey instead of 2 storey as usually what duplex is....... devil.gif

point of reference...pls check out the layout plan for duplex unit in azera of damansara Avenue.

I just said its not duplez. Its loft. 18' ceiling height. I never said all lofts are 18" ceiling height. Empire subang 16' height only.

If you want to use loft as duplex....go ahead.....and please ask ekovest why yr unit not considered as two storey sincw its duplex? Like that all 2s link house how?

Tis is malaysia.....everything boleh....

yes both towers need to top up, then link bridge with facilities need to complete.......interior need to complete with kitchen and Aircond.......

I also hope can get vp within 10mths......

Actually shc very sneaky.....

Usually buyer needs to agree to LAD, sign the consent b4 payment is made.

If developer banks terus into yr bank acc.....and you didnt denied the payment after xx days...it could mean entire different legal implication.

developer cant release all unsold bumi allocation at once......

it needs to release based on construction progress.

Bumi generally not keen in tis type of development.

rental market in cheras is still very strong..........

but most are looking for absolute lowest the low rental......

demand is there.....BUT not the price.

I didn't say eko cheras is better.

I just said its EKO cheras, and not Eco Cheras.

at this stage, any development that over 1000 units I wouldn't consider and I am not familiar with this market. Pls name one development that have over 1000units and rent and subsale are great.....

best is to see how Lakeville performed. then again, kepong vs cheras.......not exactly apple to apple comparison.

if you want to buy, just buy lah........more info more confusion. trust your gut..........

if the project is super good buy, you think you still got chansi to buy meh? it will be sapued licin by directors, yii mah koh che, vvvip, savy investors jor........

as I mentioned....developers cant released all unsold bumi units when the building is WIP.

Very rarely any highrises can be fully sold before vped........bcos of bumi quota......saved for non schedule SPA....where there is no bumi quota.
