Great! Pictures show there is dedicated flyover linking to the site .

With the direct access to mrr2, those going to ekc no need to pass through the Cheras roundabout and Jalan Cheras. This will give ekc more access option.

Upon further inspection on the pictures, understand it is for artist impression or illustration purpose, the road ramps seem to be a bit cacat, as follow,
1) Is each ramp bidirectional?
If so, then what is the purpose of having two ramps at the same side of MRR2?
If not, then where is the entrance and exit from the other side of MRR2(ie from Billion/Bkt Tiara side)side?
(Imagine l came from Pandan using MRR2 wishing to enter the site)

Based on the pics, i think it's not b- directional, one for entry, one for exit.

perhaps they expecting people to make a u turn near the BTS LRT?

Regardless the differential progress between block J & H, both blocks have to be VP-ed and obtain CCC in the same time.

Jagalat boss, are there any 3 bed room units in this project? At what PSF was it launched?

I think Ekocheras will do well. Cheras second generation needs a place to stay. If one were to look at the existing housing in Taynton/Connaught/Segar, most are quite old and run down without G&G. Young families would definitely find Ekocheras more appealing.

There are 3bedrooms units for Ekocheras but very limited units.
The launching psf is approx RM700+(higher floor higher, lower floor lower)

Typical launching price tag is shown in the first few posts below...Hunt for those bumi units(yellow stickers ) if you are interested....
