a lot of props near mrt alrd include premium of 20% of more.. i strongly bliv premium shld be 10-20% depending on class of prop whrby low cost mid cost will untung the most while high end appreciation circa 12%

With the direct access to mrr2, those going to ekc no need to pass through the Cheras roundabout and Jalan Cheras. This will give ekc more access option.

Upon further inspection on the pictures, understand it is for artist impression or illustration purpose, the road ramps seem to be a bit cacat, as follow,
1) Is each ramp bidirectional? If so, then what is the purpose of having two ramps at the same side of MRR2? If not, then where is the entrance and exit from the other side of MRR2(ie from Billion/Bkt Tiara side)side?
