Cemetery has been discussed extensively in previous posts/versions.

Can you help to list the other 4 cemeteries other than the Kwangtung cemetery next to Tmn Conaught and the accumulated Cheras cemetery between Tmn Partimer and Jln Kauli? Thx

Depends on the facing/height of the unit so you’ll have to view and check on site if that’s a concern for you. I’ve only seen a small plot at a distance from another owner’s unit at level 20+ facing away from Jalan Cheras.

For the specific unit E block studio under discussion, I’m not aware of any cemeteries facing it, though don’t take my word for it and best to verify in person.

Yes, there had been floods in the past but it has tended to occur around the MRT station and as far as I’m aware, it subsides quite quickly. Maybe someone else who has better insight to this can comment. I’m not too familiar with how the drainage works but I haven’t seen any cases (from owners’ WhatsApp group) where there was severe flooding in the underground parking spaces.

As for the flash flood, so far from all the pictures of the past two years, it is always happening right under the MRT stn. That's the lowest point of the entire stretch of the road.
Who owns this piece of land/road? Paksarana? MRT corp? DBKL? JKR? Or someone else?


Even the MP had to urge for the solution implementation.

Everyone who use this road regularly is aware the level of flood during heavy rain. video of flood occurred a few days was widely circulated in social media.

Currently renting a duplex/loft here. My previous simple 1br TNB was just 50-70 per month, but now 130 when I dont wfh, 210 when I wfh and buka ac 26c-27c 24/7.

If anyone thinking of renting duplex just take note lah OK, its terrible design for tropical climate.

Got, and a door to ac ledge, but seriously not every evening is cool enough to do that, and cold air does not rise to bedroom level. So its still uncomfortably warm in bed.

the life will be back to pre pandemic ... but the retail tenants mixing will be changed tremendously
