Maybe can you share more info like what have Developer did to address those defects? Instead of just one word and picutres.

It's more important to know the quality instead of the solution.

For normal purchaser, what's more than saying just cracks?

Maybe summon mr.wilchee to explain. He sure can explain a way out for the developer

Well, if the problem persisted and Developer did nothing to addressed the matter.
Isn't it good to let the other potential purchaser know about it?

With so many negative inputs, sure the subsale will affected... No one buyer come out to protect this impeccable design by developer?

Will it change the perception to buy into something that has high defects but fast response to fix it?

Since you are famous with your one liners, any one else want to clarify where are all these cracks happening at?

No need much clarification. Most photos were not first handed and being smuggled without permission as l confirmed with most the original owners. So, doubt that 9lai is on site taking own pictures. One liners text is meant to kick start or spark discussion. But it's good that forumers have their reasonable judgement. We all know there's no perfect project and we continue to improve it as we can.

In short, most photos are related to common area/facility/malls and a while back. 9lai chose a theme and posted those pictures together even some were "old" pictures.
Some fixes were implemented also some were shared in the group but doubt that 9lai updated it. Even if posted, can predict the worst text/angle will be used eg "Is this called fix/solution?"

Price not cheap even after rebates

Comparing amongst the buildings, the office units have the better psf after rebate.
Hint to potential buyers out there ...

As if one never posted/forwarded/shared any photos/video/article without copyright owner's explicit permission.

If crack or leak occurred at public/shared area, could similarly occur in private areas.

Plaster may hide/cover the crack but crack remain. Since you have vested interest, should share these repairs.

Let 9lai share if there's crack/leak in own unit(if any)
Every observer is welcome to keep an eye on the repairs.
