Some comments in the video even mention that this concept is not cheap to execute and could be even more expensive. Like seriously?

And the content owner even say that this is their marketing stunt? huh like seriously?

That's right. This is probably the communication gap that causing some owners disappointed upon VP. Lesson to developers out there.

Then again... Developer also upgraded some feature of the development which in my opinion easily the biggest selling points.

The good news is for subsale purchasers and tenants you can see and decide with your own eyes.

The potential subsale buyers can compress the price since this kind of brutalist concept not really main stream in market...

Brutalist architecture will suscess if our construction can achieve same workmanship quality like Japan and Europe...

Exactly, if they want to be different and all going with such concept then do it well with the right workmanship but what we can see with our eyes is like an after-thought workmanship. Developer was like okay la no time to finish on time la, let's just make it bare and we quote it as industrial concept

The concept can be better executed no doubt. Good news is subsale buyers and tenants can see with their own eyes.

However if subsale buyers and tenants are looking for proper integrated TOD development... There are not many can rival ekocheras offering.

Some m buyers also have this view. This is at the common areas and facilities side, which are mainly owned by developer, continued from mall structure.
As for the internal unit, it is delivered as spelt in SnP, matching the earlier "mock" unit.

Other components like mall are having more foot print than last year. Can stop by using MRT and visit the mall if you have yet tried it. TOD feature is there.

It's up to the market to decide the price. Willing seller and subsale buyers.

Let the market decide.... Overall concept is OK... Real TOD... Only the architectural concept that not accept by general laymen..

This is one development i was so looking forward to, it has all the elements to be successful. But i personally really feel the developer has made some really bad decisions, disappointed. As much as I respect that different people have different acquired taste, but within the cheras community i know the mall design has so far become a laughing stock rather than being appreciated as "bold concept"
