Anyone knows the development on the piece of land opposite to ekocheras? .. Saw there is fencing

70 storey !?!? 4.7 units!?!?
I personally don't think it will sell like hot cake like ekocheras in this JIB economy

If behind EKC is quite a distance to MRT.
Inside are small Taman road n difficult attract ppl go to the mall n hotel.

Yes. Such reputable developer should not do this to small buyer like us.

If our bank slow in releasing the loan, they will also charge us for late interest.

Haha Ekovest has been in d property /construction market for long long time although this is first maiden project as developer .

Major shareholders Lim family is so rich and famous in Malaysia . Should not because of this small money and spoilt their reputation gua.

EKC's brochure is clearly stated duplex with 60levels. Perhaps you can call them to rectify the error . thumbup.gif
