2. A few items are changed from original building plan
3. Mis-selling of concept, premium vs incomplete job
4. One of the worse customer service, NEVER attend but just muted
5. Defects rectification shall be a month, but take months to complete

If a company has no sense of branding or quality, one shall learn from many Malaysia or world company, else nobody made u a clown but yourself

Looking at those pictures published, we all can conclude that this developer is cutting cost at all corners

Hopefully the building is safe and no major incident in the future

Developer has an office on site for day to day complaint.

On top of that, owners get to meet the senior management of the developer. That's what l meant.

The developer said this is their 'concept' ? The parking is as bad as under construction status ! Dusty and unfinished.

the road in front .. people there seems always undecided where to go, turn left and right 

Nowadays many minimalist concept

Just went there recently.. half dead as saw many vacant lots unoccupied as well as closed down shops.

Not much of crowd generally except f&b outlets
