A quick check on rental units availability shows.....packed with investors I guess sweat.gif .
On average the asking price is about 2K and above but I think this might come down due to internal competition among the investors. Soon to join Aster, Annnex..... whistling.gif

There are hundreds of units being put up for sales within Ekocheras so make sure visit as many as possible before make decision.
Owners were given a fat LAD so bargain kau kau lol.
Whether its a good buy or not it depends largely on how successful Ekocheras mall going to be.

Didn't know there are some leftovers.

If can direct neg that will be good. Highlight the holding cost,lost of investment opportunity, maintenance fees etc that the Dev has been absorbing all these while and you are there to "help" them haha. Be prepared to walk away if the Dev could not offer a price that is below than the sub-sale price.
