Shinning and well furnished mall may still not made it, macam Glo, evolve and etc. Why spend so much on furnishing? brows.gif

1st time developer and they don't bother to hire experts in the fields.

1st foundation delayed and the domino effects on all sold projects, pay LAD til pants down
converted the original shoppes to covered mall, guess cost overrun and have to resort to bare essential furnishes.
cancel hotel suites sales and now compensate buyers, and likely to get sue for more damages.

Any publicity is good publicity.

They havent officially pened the mall with the bang yet.

Empire mall also bare like this ....

And another mall in city bangkok also almost the same.

You guys really need to travel a bit to experience what new on offer in the market.

This ekomall is ekovest income generating biz not a done n dusted project. U think they are less worried then the visitors to the mall?

Maybe datuk was on heavy smoke when approved the project, mind you the original plan was just opened street shoppees nia. He should have known that concept like this is unlikely well received in working class suburbs

once you called whatever soft semi soft hard opening, its literately mean two things

1. ekovest can pass key to tenant, fulfilled their contractual obligation
2. during working hours or malls operational hours, no work can be carried out interiorly.

I dont know abt didiwangsa....but eko juilai non bumi lots fully sold for few years jor. They have been selling released bumi quote as of now. Dunno how many left

this mall is redesign and redevelop from ground up. you cannot compare with mall like Cheras Sentral as this mall layout cannot be changed. they can only refurbish it.

90% of development in malaysia also in terrible condition during opening. Let's see how it fares come year end.

ps: i'm not a tenant, investor, nor an agent here... just a guy that stay within this neighborhood.

I think they have contractual obligation to open the mall even its unfinished. Very bad move for an ameteur developer.

Mistake everywhere right from planning to launching to selling to amending to apa apa lagi.

But makes no mistake, the location is as good as it gets and fh.

No htc no cemetary no apa apa batang signs
