I bought at RM456K net after 7% rebate for 6th floor 762 sqft duplex during launching.

RM565k*0.95/762=RM704
The psf after rebate is still circa 700psf.

Looks good when the MRT beside it , i still remember when I go their pre launch at Gombak gallery, they selling rm680 psf biggrin.gif few years back innocent.gif my friend took two ;( I just see only lol , I believe 1st batch all LAD soon hmm.gif

No LAD. They will apply EOT from the ministry and they will get it.

Won't rule out the possibility of EoT.
Even if so, this project surely won't be the first and there are more EoTed projects in front of this to learn from.
Until then, monitoring is continued to observe any sign of abandonment (no matter how low the possibility is)....
