well, i can see the workmanship 1st (little bit worry as they are rushing it) and also tight budget til I let go my other props, which target to VP 2020. smile.gif

They were picking up speed before...but loss stem a bit in the month of may.

L2 is obstructed by the MRT track.
Observed red bricks at the right side of the block entrance...

On paper office...but in reality...nobody will use for opis...bcos its just too small for office proper..

i am considering the mutiara centro...as the price and location is superb. Just want to know how u guys think...will there be demand for office suite in 4yrs in cheras? 500m to mrt tmn mutiara.will that affect ekocheras suite...
the sales is open floor by floor last week. Heres the sales chart...leasehold, no free carpark, to pay for club and pool facilities....
