Any Tai Gor have idea regarding their shopping mall leasing progress?
Beside GSC, Coffee Bean which is likely confirm tenan.

Look at the progress, dun think the mall can be open at 2018.

everyday passed by the site....doubt it can delivery on time.... if have full 100% LAD compensation is good. Hope developer not playing trick. give you 50% want or dont want.

Its 1000% will not complete in time....

Whether can get full lad.....only time will tell....

Monoland with super construction team now at 20th ++ level (out of 62 floors) also committed only can VP early of 2019.

This EKC ... Now at 8th (out of 30 duplex floors) is impossible to VP end of this year.

Also need to monitor if other projects with late vp, has any problem in LAD, as reference ...

ekovest boss wealth went up a lot this month and he cld be top 10 richest person now

face very important to billionaire and i doubt ekovest will not comply with LAD clause as per agreement

he is building bigger bandar msia and why he would let LAD issue to impact the bigger picture

Developer like TMS also paying LAD in full I doubt ekovest will play hanky panky like low class developers not willing to pay LAD in full. Furthermore the early buyers put confidence in ekovest despite not past records in developing.

It has been observed back in early 2014, it was observed that the progress also slow but still crawls bit by bit.
So today what can been seen is the sikit sikit lama jadi rakit....

Jalan Cheras is always jam from my past 35+ years of observation. No part is safe from jam. Maybe there was a new highway and brought a relief but a few years later jam adds up.
You may also verify with other long timers in Cheras.

Instead of waiting for EKC to vp, the MRT will come to bring some relief in about 4 months time. Again the jam will be predicted to repeat a few years(if not months) down the road.
